Annual inspections
An annual service is not only a legal requirement for many systems, it is the best way to make sure your sprinkler system is ready to respond in an emergency.
After we commission a new system, your details are added to our maintenance schedule. We will contact you in advance of the service due date so that a convenient visit can be arranged.
What we check
During a maintenance visit, our engineer will inspect key parts of the system and carry out functional checks. This may include:
- Visual inspection of sprinkler heads and pipework
- Testing of pumps, alarms and control equipment
- Flow and pressure checks where appropriate
- Verification of any monitored connections
You will receive a report outlining the checks carried out and any recommendations.
Remedial works
Many systems require little or no remedial work in the early years. If our engineer identifies any issues, these can often be resolved during the visit or scheduled for a later date that suits you.
