First fix whenever possible
Ideally, sprinkler installations are carried out during the “first fix” stage when services are being run and ceilings are open. This allows us to route pipework efficiently and keeps disturbance to a minimum.
We understand this is not always possible, especially in existing homes, so we plan each project to reduce impact on occupants and finishes as far as we can.
Discreet, modern sprinkler heads
We install modern, low-profile sprinkler heads that are designed to blend into their surroundings. Many customers comment that they look more like small flush-mounted fittings than traditional sprinklers.
Installation, testing and commissioning
All pipework is installed in accordance with the agreed drawings and design. Once installed, the system is tested, flushed and commissioned to confirm that it meets performance requirements and operates correctly.
On completion we will run through the system with you, explain how it works and provide the necessary documentation and certification.
